Richmond Centre (Richmond, KY)
This 120-acre multi-use development is slated to comprise
approximately 800,000 square feet of retail space to include
traditional and discount department stores,
category-specific retailers not represented in the market, a
bookstore, a stadium-seating theatre, hotels and casual
dining restaurants. The development will be the
premier regional shopping, entertainment and hospitality
venue for south, central Kentucky.
New Holland Market (Gainesville, GA)
The total development plan calls for approximately 460,000
square feet of gross leasable area comprised of anchors,
juniors, shop space and associated outparcels. The
Gainesville MSA was ranked as the 3rd fastest growing MSA in
the United States from 2007-2008 and is the fastest growing
MSA in Georgia since 2000.
Crystal River Commons (Crystal River, FL)
The development will span 160 acres and consist of 399,000 SF of
retail, 125,000 SF of office, and up to 18 outparcels.
Industry best practices will be used in designing and
constructing the development, including compliance with the
Florida Green Building Initiative. This will limit the
development's environmental impact, as well as ensure its future
sustainability and acceptance within the marketplace.
