Richmond Centre (Richmond, KY)
This 120-acre multi-use development is slated to comprise approximately 800,000 square feet of retail space to include traditional and discount department stores, category-specific retailers not represented in the market, a bookstore, a stadium-seating theatre, hotels and casual dining restaurants.  The development will be the premier regional shopping, entertainment and hospitality venue for south, central Kentucky.

Crescent Place (Greenville, SC)
The 26-acre site will be a mixed-use development including a 150,000 square foot specialty center, with housing components both for sale and for rent.  Crescent Place is slated to contain unique national restaurants not presently in the market, a book superstore, upscale specialty retailers, a hotel, and additional office buildings.

Century Crossing (Greer, SC)
The total development plan for Century Crossing calls for 300,000 square feet of retail space and seven outparcels, comprised of grocery, junior anchor, small shop space and two outparcels.  The development is located at the intersection of S. Buncombe Road and Brushy Creek Road in Greer, SC.  Both tracts are adjacent to the Greenville Hospital System's new Greer Medical Campus.
