Oakwood Square

Oakwood Square is a nine acre parcel at the intersection of High Point and Holden Roads. The center is home to Borders Books & Music, Total Wine & More, Helzberg Diamonds, Oh!Brian’s, OfficeMax/FurnitureMax, and McDonald's.

 

Wendover Square

Wendover Square is part of a mixed-use development, James Landing, that is comprised of 261 acres and has nearly 600 single-family structures and 400 apartments.  Wendover Square is the 23-acre retail component.  The first phase, totaling 66,000 square feet, is home to BI-LO, CVS, Great Clips, Chu's Express, Best Bagels, Jersey Mike's, and High Point ABC.  Three outparcels were developed with BP Oil, Merchant's Tire, and a veterinarian clinic.  The property is managed and leased by CHI.

Woodruff Village

June 1992 marked the opening of Woodruff Village, a 70,545 square foot shopping center located at the intersection of Butler and Woodruff Roads in the heart of Greenville's fastest growing residential area.  The center is 100% leased and consists of a 48,000 square foot BI-LO, a World of Pets, either other shops, and outparcels that are occupied by Burger King, BP Oil, Bruster's Ice Cream, and CPM Federal.  In 1994 CHI expanded BI-LO and the shopping center.

Jackson Plaza

Jackson Plaza consists of 46 acres, the first phase of which includes a 270,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Belk and Sears department stores, BI-LO, Goody's Family Clothing, and Factory Card Outlet.  The opening was August 1998.  Phase II is now in the development stage.

Merovan

Merovan Business Center totals 640,000 square feet and is the largest flex space development in Greenville, South Carolina.  The Shops at Merovan consist of 55,000 square feet of retail space for a combined square footage of 695,000.  CHI provides leasing, management, asset management services, and development for the Merovan properties.

Kingstree Commons

Kingstree Commons is a 49,000 square foot BI-LO anchored shopping center with 14,000 square feet of retail shops.  The shopping center opened in November of 2001.

Crosspointe Plaza

Crosspointe Plaza is a 117,500 square foot shopping center anchored by a 45,000 square foot Circuit City, a 45,000 square foot Toys 'R' Us, and a 7,000 square foot Stax Grill Restaurant.  The center opened in September of 1990.  Additional retailers include Ashley Stewart, Fitness Solutions, New Balance Shoes, The Honey-Baked Ham Co. & Cafe, and Jason's Deli.

Birkdale Commons

Birkdale Commons is a 14,225 square foot building, home to Jos. A. Bank, Sharper Image, and Kirkland's, located at the front entrance to Birkdale Village.  Birkdale Village is a 52-acre mixed-use community, master-planned as a "town center" to include 325,000 sq. ft. of high-end retail, restaurants, and entertainment.  The development also includes 75,000 sq. ft. of office space and 300 apartments and town homes.

Providence MarketPlace

With 830,000 square feet of retail space, Providence MarketPlace is the largest open-air center in Middle Tennessee, as well as the largest shopping center between Nashville and Knoxville.  Anchor tenants include Target, JCPenney, Belk, Kroger, TJ Maxx/Home Goods, Consolidated Theatres' Providence Cinemas, Best Buy, Ross, PetsMart, Old Navy, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts, Staples, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Books-A-Million.
