Richmond Centre - Richmond, KY (Leasing!)

This 120-acre multi-use development is slated to comprise approximately 750,000 square feet of retail space upon completion and includes Meijer, JCPenney, Belk, Home Depot, Cinemark Theatre (with stadium seating), TJ Maxx, and Hastings.  Richmond Centre is the largest retail, multi-use development between Lexington, KY and Knoxville, TN (as well as the premier regional shopping, entertainment and hospitality venue for south/central Kentucky) with restaurants including Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Logan's Roadhouse, Buffalo Wild Wings, Koto Japanese Steakhouse, Chick-fil-A, and Culvers.

New Holland Market - Gainesville, GA (Pre-leasing!)

The total development plan calls for approximately 460,000 square feet of gross leasable area comprised of anchors, juniors, shop space and associated outparcels.  The Gainesville MSA was ranked as the 3rd fastest growing MSA in the United States from 2007-2008 and is the fastest growing MSA in Georgia since 2000.

Crystal River Commons - Crystal River, FL (Pre-leasing!)

The development will span 160 acres and consist of 399,000 square feet of retail, 125,000 square feet of office, and up to 18 outparcels.  Industry best practices will be used in designing and constructing the development, including compliance with the Florida Green Building Initiative.  This will limit the development's environmental impact as well as ensure its future sustainability and acceptance within the marketplace.

Century Crossing - Greer, SC (Pre-leasing!)

The total development plan for Century Crossing calls for 300,000 square feet of retail space and seven outparcels.  The northwest tract will consist of approximately 90,000 SF comprised of grocery, junior anchor, small shop space and two outparcels.  The southwest tract plans call for approximately 209,500 SF comprised of two anchors (or one anchor and several junior anchors), small shop space and five outparcels.  The development is located at the intersection of S. Buncombe Road and Brushy Creek Road in Greer, SC.  Both tracts are adjacent to the Greenville Hospital System's new Greer Medical Campus.

Crescent Place - Greenville, SC (Pre-leasing!)

Located near I-385 and adjacent to Haywood Mall, the twenty-six acre site is part of the 150-acre Fluor-Daniel corporate headquarters park, which contains approximately 831,747 square feet in 6 separate office buildings.  The park employs approximately 2,700 highly-paid engineers, construction professionals, and other white collar positions.  The subject site will be a mixed-use development including a 150,000 square foot specialty center, with housing components both for sale and for rent.  Crescent Place is slated to contain unique national restaurants not presently in the market, a book superstore, upscale specialty retailers, a hotel, and additional office buildings.

Crossroads Plaza - Greer, SC (Pre-leasing!)

Crossroads Plaza will consist of a grocery store and associated development totaling approximately 80,000 square feet.  There are four outparcels...one was sold to Spinx (the area's leading convenience store operator), another was sold to First Citizens Bank, and two are still available at 1.08 acres each.  The rear of the property can be developed for a non-retail use such as business center or multi-family.  The property is located at Hwy. 101 & Hwy. 296, central to a high-growth area that is fueled by the major employment at BMW and other employers in the vicinity of I-85 and Hwy. 101.
