The Company’s re-development and asset management clients include such major institutions as Protective Life Insurance Company, Wachovia, The Travelers Companies, Koll Management and MICCO Corporation. The Company has developed properties which include retail clients such as Sears, Belk, Borders Books & Music, McDonald's, TJ Maxx, Toys ‘R’ Us, BI-LO, OfficeMax, Cinemark, Circuit City, Pier 1 Imports, CVS Pharmacy, Staples, Goody's, Barnes & Noble, Applebee’s, Starbucks, Kirkland's, Blockbuster Video, Advance Auto, Merchant’s Tire, and BP Oil.

CHI has also developed Corporate Headquarters for regional and international companies such as Rust Environmental, Dunlop-Slazenger Corporation, and MCI.
