Richelle M. Doney
Richelle Doney graduated from
Pensacola Christian College in 1987 with an Associate of
Science degree in Secretarial Administration. A few
years later, she obtained the Certified Professional
Secretary (CPS) designation. Richelle joined CHI in
November 2003
and is responsible for developing marketing materials,
as well as providing administrative support to Mike
McNicholas and Bill Misiaveg.

Stephanie A. Houser,
CPA
Stephanie joined CHI in
May of 2008, after having been with Dixon Hughes PLLC
since 2001. There she provided tax and consulting
services for a broad range of clients, specializing in
the real estate industry. More recently, she was
an integral part of the recruiting team for Dixon Hughes
and Staffing Partners, an affiliated recruiting firm.
Stephanie graduated magna cum laude from the University
of South Carolina in 1999 and holds a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration with a specialization
in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Taxation.
She is the Controller for CHI, handling all the
accounting and finance aspects of both the development
and property management sides of the business.

Sylvia J. Howard
Sylvia Howard has a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
with a concentration in management. She has experience
in various management areas with many years in the
commercial property management/real estate environment.
Sylvia joined Carolina Holdings, Inc. in 1994 where her
responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts
payable, lease and records maintenance and coordination
of communication with owners, tenants, contractors, and
other departments for several properties.

Jaime L. O'Brien
Jaime O'Brien rejoined
Carolina Holdings in August 2004. She previously
worked as a Client Services Coordinator with Cushman &
Wakefield in Boston, MA for two and a half years. Prior to
that, she was with Carolina Holdings for five years.
She currently works with Bob Ingram and Britt Goodson.
Jaime received her A.S. degree in Marketing from
Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts
from Furman
University. In addition, Jaime holds a real estate license in South Carolina.

April R. Robinson
April Robinson graduated from Furman
University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in
Accounting. She joined CHI as Controller in 1997, bringing with her
extensive experience in the financial planning field.
April stepped down from her position as Controller in
May 2008 and now assists Stephanie with various areas of
accounting.

Angela Summers
Angela Summers joined CHI
in 2005. She most recently worked for J. Peters &
Associates as Administrative Coordinator for the
Southern Connector project. Before that, she
attended Winthrop University, where she studied
Journalism and Graphic Design. Angela currently
works as assistant to Mark Vanvick, Broker in Charge for
the Merovan Business Center.

Mark D. Vanvick
Mark Vanvick graduated
from the University of South Carolina in 1982 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
He began his career in the commercial construction
industry as a project manager specializing in
office-warehouse developments. He joined Carolina
Holdings, Inc. in 1993 as a property manager and
currently handles the management and leasing for several
business parks and retail centers.

David W. Winburn
David Winburn joined
Carolina Holdings in February of 2008. Prior to
joining CHI, David worked in corporate banking for
SunTrust Bank in Greenville, S.C. Earlier in his
career, David worked in the securities industry for a
private brokerage firm in Wilmington, N.C. David
graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel
Hill with a B.A. degree in Economics.
