Jackson Plaza - Cookeville, TN

Jackson Plaza opened in 1998 and consists of 46 acres, including a 270,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Belk and Sears department stores, Food Lion, and Dunham’s Sports.  A second phase was added to include TJ Maxx, Old Navy, and Petco.  Outparcels include Verizon Wireless, Books-A-Million, Kirkland’s, and First Tennessee.  Jackson Plaza was sold to Cooper Realty Investments, who since sold the property in 2007.

Excellent exposure from West Jackson Street (with over ¼ mile offrontage) and from Willow Avenue. Each road is easily accessible by a major shopping center entrance. Pylon signage is clearly visible from both major roads and the main entrance on West Jackson Street is signalized.
